I have heard of the tests coming back negative before, even when you are pregnant, but that doesn't mean that it has happened to you. If you are very concerned that you still might be pregnant, you may want to wait a few more weeks and try a home pregnancy test, or you could try one now even if you are willing to spend the money just to try it out. It is also quite possible that it is just a glitch in your cycle, which can happen for a variety of reasons. If it continues for a long time I would just keep checking back in with your doctor now and then. Don't be afraid to ask them questions, perhaps they can help to set your mind at ease.

Usually blood work is quite conclusive...
If you have been working out/excercising alot lately, that can throw your periods off. I have heard of girls that were in alot of high school sports that didn't have periods for months at a time.
Hope this helps!

its possible. you can always get tested again. but sometimes your period just goes out of whack and stops coming.. it doesnt happen to everyone but it can happen. my friend's period stopped for 6 months straight and she wasnt pregnant. her doctors didnt know why either so just wanted her to get on the pill to help regulate it, but she didnt have money for it. after those 6 months she got it for 4 months straight, then she didnt get it again for another couple of months. now it is starting to get normal. i guess it takes time.

you probably have another problem , thyroid perhaps that can happen with a thyroid problem. a blood test is the earliest detection form so doubt full that it's wrong , unless they gave you the wrong persons results. it's happened before.

There is no way you could be. As someone else said, bloodwork is conclusive.
