No as you need to be assessed on the job.

The whole point of an NVQ is that it is assessed in the work place through observation, I am an assessor and it would be impossible to assess without observing how people work.

The award does include reflective written assessment but this is only part of the award. Most social care qualifications will require some type of work placement.
