Well for starters, have you let her know how you feel? Does she drag you down on purpose? She may not realize she drags you down due to her own selfishness. After letting her know she drags you down, if she continues to do so, drop her. You deserve to have more respectable friends. You will realize later in life that people who "think" they are better than you won't be of much importance.
