Yea there ARE games like that out.

habbohotel
cokemusic (kind of...)
IMVU

are some examples..

Also there are a LOT of MMORPGS
(Massivly multiplayer online role playing games) that you can do some of that stuff too.

In this one i used to play, you can battle people or enemies
explore...
and get married. Youd have a ceramony.. and you have to buy rings and dress and suit and everything! Even have a honeymoon on "Jawaii" It's mad cool.

It's called Ragnarok Online

For the simple fact that those things take time and money. Usually lots of both. Check out the Sims Online. It's what you're looking for.

Actually you have a very good idea... Kinda nice like that for an MMORPG(Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) Who knows your idea will materialize in the future..

habbo hotel attempts this....

whether or not the system would be popular would need to be considered....if i know that it would work i'd develop it if i had the time. it's not as simple as that tbh, there's a lot to consider (including legal issues), marketting, managment, maintenance, etc. plus, there has to be a pupose and an "objective" for it to be worthwhile.
