To learn basic HTML, enough to get by, no. To learn how to do some of the really interesting things with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, yes.

A good site to get grounded in all of these is http://www.w3schools.com/ It is a site run by the organization that controls the HTML standard (they say what is and is not a part of HTML).

very easy. There is a software teaches html lessons step by step. search google for html lessons and software

No it is not. But as with any other things that you want to learn.. it needs practice and time. Webmonkey.com is a good site to learn the basics.

no once you get used to it you atrt to understand reading long scripts and "gues" what something does.

after html you can get the hang of php aswell
