I am being hired to design a website for a laundry mat. I need consumer input before I put this thing together.
As a web user - why would you visit a website for a laundry mat? What would you hope to find on the website?

I think if I were looking for a laundry mat in my area, I would just look in the phone book. I wouldn't even think to look up a specific website. Even googling them would mostly give you locations and numbers from the phonebook. To be honest, I would have to be bored to look at your website. JMHO.

i would want to know what are the services, pricing, damage/return policy, turn-around-time. location and map is helpful. why not check some of the websites of drycleaners.
