SSI is the new welfare; in order to qualify, you must find the medical professionals in your particular community who know how to navigate the rules and regulations in order to qualify. Many medical organizations are politically connected through contributions and are on the favored list for their patients. These are the organizations one must seek out in order to receive the new "welfare" of 21st century America. I suggest you contact a lawyer in your community who has a reputation for a connection to one of the political parties (either party is in on this scam); he would probably tell you, at no charge, the proper medical organization to contact. It's really very easy and no big secret.

alot of laws have been setup by the politicians along the way. obviously this law has been messed with as well. maybe write your congress person or your senator to find out more about it all?
