I am looking for newspaper boxes (used) for a free publication (quarterfold) in the North of Boston area. They are about $85 new, we are looking to pay between $30-$55 per box. We are also looking for indoor wire newsracks for quarterfold free publication. you can email us at valleypatriot@aol.com

Also, check around with established newspapers. Call their distrobution departments and see if they have any retired boxes for sale.

Lastly, look for the newspaper distributor in your area-the guy that takes a bunch of different papers to small businesses. He may know of or even have boxes for sale.

Place a photo of a person whose figure you admire...or even one's who you rather dislike, whichever will motivate you more. In fact the second might be even better, because it's much easier to gain weight then lose it. Also, try to not go by it, no temptation, no problem. If there is a different route, bathroom, whatever, take it, the extra walk is worth it...and you'll burn a few more calories ;]
