What's the a good remedy for cramps...I'm trying not to take medicine for it...So what are some good remedies to ease cramps?

Even if moving feels like a crummy thing to do, sometimes walking eases things a bit. Warm, non-caffeine drinks can be soothing too.
If your cramps are extremely painful, to the point that it interferes with your life, I recommend you see a doctor.

Get a good yoga book to begin if you are not familiar with yoga. Also make sure you take some physical activity everyday...this will reduce the menstrual cramps in time....also when u r having cramps drink green tea, take a heating pad and lie down for some time....that will definitely ease the pain...

try thermacare heat wraps.

someone told me they drink warm milk to help ease the pain.

try St. Johns Wort or raspberry tea
