i need help getting the orange belt in millsberry?

i tried getting higher than 50% on the classes and now i have 100% i go to the lake and sylvie is never there. HELP?

Sylvie is generally out once between 7am (EST) and 11am (EST) and then again between 12pm (EST) and 4pm (EST). Those patterns are known. She will appear in the afternoon 5 hours after she was seen in the morning. The evenings don't seem to follow a pattern.

When she is out she comes out at the beginning of the hour and is out for the whole hour so its 8 to 9am EST, 10 to 11am EST, etc.
