nope, turbo, THEY aren't trying to educate me on anything. Maybe you are, but I don't need the education. I was alive and kicking when Bush and Clinton both were president, and I have a great memory. Revisionist history won't work on me, and if you actually read the responses here...you will find little to no FACTS. Only opinions, and blame. The whole point of my question. If people think I am misleading them by saying 'why is Clinton still running the country, perhaps those people should a) get a sense of humor or
b) question the question. Those who do neither are doomed to be humorless sheep.

He does seem to be all over the place, here and abroad. I hope he doesn't spend the next 30 years running around like Carter doing good deeds all over the place. It makes the former presidents who just want to golf or drool by the ocean look bad.

Her point was that if Clinton was so bad, then why was his 8 years the best years of the country, and the last 6 years have been horrible. Half of these people who answered the question are the same people who get lobotomies every week from American Idol.

I think you misspelled that word.. left out the i in running. It only needed one N.. he presently is going around the world discrediting not only the president but the country. If he had done his job properly, there would have been nothing left for Bush to have to clean up. He knew and even said many of the same things Bush has said but did nothing, as he was a bit preoccupied with personal matters..
BTW Clinton had nothing to do with the prosperity.. when the bubble burst, there was a bit of a depression (as I recall) and unemployment started gaining in July before he ever left office. Get current on the facts and stop meandering in dream or wish land.

Who told you Clinton was still running the country. I mean, you do hear of him in the news once and awhile but really. Running the country? I think not.

I don't think he was a bad guy. I'm glad I was too young to vote when he ran against Bush Sr. I would have not known who to vote for. I like the guy. I would vote him back in in a second.
HOWEVER, he is not running the country.

Clinton is running the country? Back that up with some evidence please?
Oh! And he did a horrible job with terrorism. He had 3-4 chances at Bin Laden and took a pass.
He did NOTHING after terrorists bombed the WTC in 1993, the USS Cole and the US Embassies in Kenya and Tanzania.
Clinton was too busy screwing his interns. He is a disgrace.

Gross mischaracterization of the facts there, hichefheidi.
I think people are just trying to educate you about the fact that terrorism did not magically start in January 2001, and that there had been much complacency regarding taking actions against terrorism prior to Bush's inauguration.
