iwanna marry again with my girl friend . but i already married.i did n,t agree with that marrige because my parent arrange marrige 4 me and now my first girl friend back .is it possible

It depends on the laws where you live. In most countries, including the US, you may NOT marry a second time if you are already married. Getting married your second time, without legally ending the first marriage, is called "bigamy" and it is punishable by law here.

The only way to legally marry without getting a divorce first would be if the other person died! Now, I'm not trying to give you any ideas, but whether your marriage was arranged or not, you did get married! Just get a divorce! Why wouldn't you?

No, you cannot marry another girl when you are already
married. Only after divorce, you can marry another in India. ...Now you are lured by attraction.. but what about
commitment you have made to your existing wife! Can you afford the situation if it were other way round? You have to think of divoce and re-marriage very seriously even if you feel so.
What happens if your girl friend also cheats you later after such a development? Think, my dear, think before you take any hasty decision to divorce and marry again. Better you learn to accept and love your existing wife and issues, if any, and leave the rest to God. Blessings!!!!!!!

it is possible to marry again without divorce,but ur earlier spouse can always create a legal problem since u have not been legally divorced.so better file for a divorce get it in writing from the respective court and then look out to get married.

It is possible.Legally.Simply get your present wife to willingly and voluntarily give you a sworn affidavit saying that she is aware of your second marriage and shall not sue you or your second wife in any way or claim compensation of whatsoever nature. However, as a Hindu your first wife legally will enjoy all conjugal rights and property rights for lifetime or after your death your bank balances, pension ,etc.

U say ur first girl friend back..means you must have too many girl friends..and also u say she is back..that means she was gone for u earlier and came back..this is weird,make up ur mind for ur life,if she has gone she may leave u again..u should think b4 u've got married.if u really love her u shouldn't get marry and spoil that innocent girl's life..now u should follow ur parents as u did b4...and main thing is you can't marry until you get divorce..

If you want to be put in jail for poligamy!! unless you live in utah, of course. Find out if your first marriage is leagle, here in the U.S we don't do the arranged marriage thing!Or you could always get a divorce.

Of course not!!! Your second marriage wouldn't be legal or recognized, technically it wouldn't exist....not to mention that here in the USA you would be breaking the law, its illegal to have more than one wife. Get a divorce first.

You don't say what country you are in. I assume it is a non-english speaking country since your grammar is so poor. In any case, you will probably have to get divorced before you can get married again.
