Only if she's been talking about it for herself (correct some defect that's affecting her health, reconstructive surgery after breast cancer, etc., or some deformity that she's been living with). Otherwise, don't do it. What would you do if she asked you to have plastic surgery? Remember the Rule of Opposites: would this situation work in the reverse?
