Spider veins can happen for a lot of reasons, even in young people. The main cause is that the vein dies with blood in it. Inactivity or a lack of blood flow to the area (usually the legs) can have a major effect. Weight gain is also a contributor. Heredity is the main factor in spider veins.

When I turned 28 I already had been in pain, embarrassed, and scared of becoming pregnant. I didn't want my big blue varicose veins to get worse. The All Natural Varicose & Spider Vein Solution program was an easy read and easy to do. Within 21 days there was a big difference in how my legs looked and I can wear shorts without feeling embarrassed. I feel so much better with more energy and for giving me back a healthier body, and the legs that a 28 year old should have.

Check out www.hufa.org - the yeast link, and the library link. The book I am reading - author Jeanne Marie Martin - links spider veins to candida fungus (it is one of our intestinal flora) overgrowth.

I am checking on the spider veins on my legs and cheeks (face) to see if they are going away, yet. I have been on a cleansing diet for 8+ months.
