Hey Iam an NRI as well & I have a base in Bangalore. ..I was trying to do the same last year. . a Night club. . & ran into too many issues. .from Local thugs to Politicians. . curfews in the city & other domestic issues. it aient EZ ..

you will have to be well connected before you venture into a Night club anyway. and more than a 100,000 $$ . the only good investment right now is Land .. or Call centers .. I even tried a Crispy Creme franchise in BLR. . was out of budge for me. .
