Under the Health & Safety at work act they must make avery reasonable effort to ensure that there employees are safe and looked after.
If you are stressed speak to your HR manager and discuss the issues.
Between you there must be a way to resolve the issue
They can't dissmiss you for stress infact they must take all reasonable steps to ileviate it.

The employer does not take any responsibility for an employee's stress. However, if it could be proved that the employer deliberately increased the level of stress of an employer already clinically diagnosed with it, the courts might think otherwise.

Under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, employers are responsible for ensuring every worker has a safe and healthy working environment - this includes mental health.
