I think because they are so clever and devious and there is always a good script because of what happens to so many people. Think about all the types of law suits that could be represented. I adore Boston Legal because every one on there is nuts in some way or another.

So that these shows can inspire kids to become lawyers instead of anything else that they want to be. Some of my friends last year said that they want to be one too. But on the other hand, I definitely don't want to.

Because every other show that's popular right now is about disfunctional people, so why not add lawyers to the list?
