When you squirt lemon juice "accidentally" into someones eye? if there isnt a term for it, shouldn't there be one?

I really don't think there is a term, but if you go to some of the finer restaurants, you will find the lemon wedge wrapped in cheese cloth to cut down on lemon squirting as well as keep the pits out of one's drink.
