Because it has a leak

More than likely, its condensation (sweat) from the air conditioner hose. The teperature inside the hose is very cold and the humidty on the outside of the car is hot, so in turn , it transforms into water from the atmosphere. For a good example, pour a glass of water and put it in the sun. Noting happens until you fill the glass with ice. At which time the glass will form condensation (sweat) Its the same principle.

If its not comming from your a/c hose, then check the water lines. But more than likely, its just condensation from the a/c. Dont "sweat" it, its no big deal and wont hurt the car.

It will be the condensate from the air conditioning pipework or condenser. Moisture in the air freezes on the pipes, and then, when the car is stationary, and the aircon is off, the ice melts back to water, and drips onto the road.

I assume you have checked that your radiator level or screen wash bottle is not leaking, or that the fluid is water, and not something else?

My money is on the aircon.

Clear water is from Air Con and is normal

Coloured water is a coolant leak and you need to get it to a dealer very promptly.
Low coolant can do a lot of damage to the engine very quickly

Condensation collects on the car overnight. As time goes on, the condensation collects at the lowest point under the car, and then drips down. Don't worry about it unless the car is having a problem.

If it is clear water it is the A/C condensation and is perfectly normal. Green or Yellow liquid is coolant and is a sign of a leak. Black is oil and red is transmission fluid.

If your car has air conditioning (which i assume it has) it will be the moisture/ contaminents from the atmosphere that are filtered and disposed of by the a/c system to keep that air clean and fresh nothing to worry about.

that would be water (condensation) from the air con if your are unsure or unhappy your dealer would be able to sort it. if your worried about it still keep an eye on the temperature gauge if it seems on the high side get it checked out.

Because, you silly s*d, either the hoses have perished and need replacing or you need a new radiator. In either event, since the car is, as you say, brand new, you need to get it back to the factors who supplied it to you and they should carry out all necessary repairs to your vehicle under warranty.
