Yes, you are a (were) a virgin. Your hymen was broken and that's why you bled. Semen on the bed does not equal semen deposited in your vagina, so, no, you can't get pregnant that way.

Yeah, sounds like you're pretty young to be doing that...The bleeding is normal if you are a virgin. Shakiness? You're probably just nervous. I highly highly doubt you are pregnant from this.
