Look for a local PFLAG branch in your area. They will have resource information for you about local gay clubs for teens.
Online clubs are unlikely to allow you to form lasting relationships. Get involved in local gay-oriented non-profits, sport teams, or groups; that way you'll make friends and be able to socialize with them - and at some point, probably find a boyfriend your own age.
