How do you tell the "bad" unhealthy diet pills from the healthy? Which pills can cause harm to your body, such as addictiveness and so on?

They are all bad or UN- healthy for you. The best diet is to push back from the table. Change your eating habits

Prescription diet pills are useful for severe obesity problems. These pills are regulated and their side effects are monitored. Some of these pills are Meridia (Sibutramine), Xenical (Orlistat), Adipex, Bontril, Didrex, Phentermine and Tenuate. Xenical is a lipase inhibitor, decreasing fat absorption by 30% resulting in a lower calorie intake. These pills will not be effective for losing weight , if a conventional weight loss plan is also not followed. Over the counter (OTC) diet pills are considered as food supplements, and their use is unregulated.
