I have dark blue eyes with gold around the pupils. Whats the best way to bring them out.

Wear blue clothing....mostly light blue............

I find that my eyes stand out when i wear black eyeliner not heavy though, i have blue eyes too. And use a small eye shadow brush and smear a light gold color eye shadow under your bottom eyelashes ans on the outside corners of your eyes.

With blue eyes pinks, and roses make em pop. Try a soft purple like lavender to bring em too. Never I repear Never wear blue eyeshadow with blue eyes.

wear golds and browns! To make a color "pop", you want to pick colors opposite or across from each other on the color wheel! yellow is opposite of blue, so use colors in the "yellow family"-----golds, and browns! These are also called "complementary colors"....because, obviously, they compliment each other!

lemme see...dark blue eyes...so do the opposite of the color wheel...which i think its orange. so maybe you can do a light orange and pink to bring them out...
but what i really think is that you ut a light shade of peachy pink or a goldish brown...

What is in style right now is black eyeliner on the bottom and top of the eye lid and light eye shadow.

with blue eye shadow, lighter colored hair (around your face), and lighter makeup if you can. There used to be colored contacts for special occasions but I don't know if that's safe, you'll have to research it.
