your dermatologist could probably suggest one for you that keeps your skin clean, but I think maybe Almay and Nutrogena are cleaning products. If you have acne then there are cleansing pads on the market (with alcohol to deter the greese). But there is also Clearasyl soap. Seems to me cleansers have oil in them and you don't need more oil. You have to find out the cause of the acne, clean it out and then keep it clean. Is the acne caused by your job, the area where you live, is it hereditary or are you alergic to something like dander or silk/polyester? I heard where vitamin A clears up bad skin, but you need to ask your dermatologist how much you should take (and how often) as too much (same as when people take iron) could be toxic to your body.

i have deat with adult acne, and the best thing that i have come across and trust me i have tried everything, is AcneFree. Kinda like proactiv, but less expensive and you can buy it at the store. Good Luck!
Also, wash you face daily, not with hot water use warm and pat dry, do not use any other facial products if you decide to use the AcneFree. They also have a website you can check out acnefree.com

depends on your skin, and how sensitive it is - what works great for someone else may irritate your face, and make the problem worse. You may have to try several different products before you finds what works best for you. My daughter had good luck with Hibi-clens, Pro-active made her break out like crazy!
