The amount of time you think about sex is directly proportional to your sex and age and general well being. During adolescence and early 20s thoughts are very frequent for both sexes but especially so for men - every few minutes on average for young males. With women it depends on their cycle and desire/need to become pregnant.

there is no such thing as normal.
overly obessed with sex in everyday activity is not normal however. but thinking, well, you can hink a lot these days, but not to let it disrupt school or work.
