my husband I have been seperated since march of this year , I have temporary custody to which I still let the father see him of course I even take him to him to see but will not leave him alone with the child due to threats of taking him out of america , my husband and I were a wrong match from the get go and dont know what I was thinking but we have a blessing and thats our son ..... I have an upcoming court date on full sole custody....... we could have never worked for a long period of time and his culture was trying to control me help me please any one that has gone through any thing like this please I need some advise on how to get it in his head I am not going back with him and I no longer want to be with him .....thanks

Set clear boudaries with him. Tell him you are not getting back together with him and then make sure you in no way confuse him about it by acting differently. Make sure there are consequences if he breaks a boundary and be clear about it. Such as if he calls for your son and then starts talking about you moving back in, tell him if you do not stop I will hang up on you. If he so much as says another thing about it, hang up. Make a habit of this. Good luck, hon...it won't be easy, but will be worth it! WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT DROP YOUR CUSTODY CASE NO MATTER WHAT HE SAYS OR PROMISES!!!!
