If I only work part time (under twenty hours) can I still get disability/maternity leave for six weeks and paid family leave for six weeks? I live in CA.

most part-time jobs don't offer those kinds of benefits, but you should ask your supervisor. good luck.

Probably not. If you do not have insurance with your company who do you expect to pay that 6 weeks? I know that in all of my jobs you must work atleast 30 hours a week to even qualify. I highly doubt you qualify for anything.
