Bulgogi is a Korean meat dish - marinated, thinly sliced pieces of rib eye beef. The marinade usually includes soy sauce, sugar, sometimes a little 7Up or Sprite, sesame oil, garlic, green onions and sometimes a little white wine.

a very tasty dish of beef strips in a yummy oriental sauce with noodles.. usually comes with cabbage salad.
one of my favorites.
