adopt certificate?

i was married with my son's father. than got divorce with him. got married secound time..and my secound husband was adopt my son as his son...but that was in Japan. si i have a prove on my Japanese family registration. But no prove here in USA. yes, both husband is American. and Im Japanese. i like to find out how can i get prove from here in USA?????
