Maybelline - Coverstick in green would work well. I know a green concealer sounds odd but green cancels out the red. Then blend with your regular foundation if you have a bronzer then lightly brush the bronzer nto the apple of your cheeks, bridge of your nose or wherever you want a summery glow. The bronzer will help take the attention away from areas that are more red.
