where can i find russ hard plastic bears about 5 inches tall...they were made about 15 or more years ago?

The bear I have has the Russ logo on his bottom, This one is dressed like a businessman...with briefcase, etc. They made them dressed like different professions, etc. I used to have two that were angels. I would like to collect these but havent been able to locate any as I dont know what they were called

The best place I have found to get these types of things is ebay. Just type Russ bears into the search and you'll be amazed what you will find.
