how do i get my cell phone list onto my comp and then back on my comp?

"Pair" the Bluetooth phone and computer first, this is easy part make sure they are both discoverable to let any of them to initiate the process, this is a preliminary to Bluetooth devices, not specifically related to what you want to do yet.

The operation that you want to do needs to be initiated from the phone to begin, most phones would make it easy to do once you are in phone book, but for some the proper technical name must be given, either vCard (although that's for primary business e-card transfer) or OBEX Push (short for Object Exchange)

After you just initiated OBEX push on the phone, on computer with Bluetooth installed and functioning will pop out a ballon, click it, put in a password that this phone has to put in as well, OK, and soon corresponding dialog window appear on the phone. Put the password in and OK.

After transfered; it should be in your Bluetooth Neighbourhood icon of My Computer, within OBEX or Exchange subfolder.
