If you want to change your name, there is a relatively simple procedure. Any lawyer can draw up the papers for a nominal fee [I'd guess under $500, plus there is a court filing fee]
You cannot change your name to commit fraud or to avoid a legitimate debt. Otherwise, at your age you are entitled to do what you want.
