About 2.7seconds round trip. In round numbers, divide 250,000 miles by 186,000 miles, to get 1.35 each way. The moon is about one--quarter million miles distant, and light travels at about 186,000 miles per second.
They did this when lasers were first invented, in the sixties, and it came to 1.3 seconds plus a little each way.
And it takes 8 minutes, not one second, for sunlight to travel to earth. 93,000,000 divided by 186,000==500 seconds, which is over 8 minutes.
