What's wrong with mental instability? It looks like the gentleman in your link is really enjoying life. Can you say that you are?
In answer to your question, no, I don't consider myself "mentally stable." It doesn't appear to be any fun.

Depends on the day. I haven't stabbed anybody in the foot today or slammed anyone in the knee with a wrench, so today's a good day. (If you worked at my job, you wouldn't think that was too violent)
