For a small bath or any room for that reason you want to keep it light. White, off white, etc. You can accent with any color you like. But try and keep dark colors it to a minimum. It will make the room smaller.

I think pastel, soft colors are good for bathrooms. Light pink, pale/sky blue, lavender, soft yellow, tan/cream, etc. The bathroom should be a bright, clean atmosphere.

In the house I grew up in, our upstairs bathroom was very small, so my dad painted it a light spring green with some ivy stenciled accents. Then he put a big rectangular mirror on the wall with some nice bright lighting over it, and it really made it look bigger and brighter!

Light, semi gloss colors for bathroom. Makes them washable and reflects light so it looks bigger and not closed in. Use off white, a light tan, or pale blues and greens, depending on what your decorating preferences are.

I prefer the lighter colors, white, light blue, yellow for the main parts and use a darker blue or something for borders or accents.

Light pastel colours. White is good and I like it, you can break it up with a little colour but don't overdo it.

If you can afford it I would recommend tiling floor to ceiling. Even cheap tiles can make a striking difference and looks much better than paint.

have you considered wall paper? pale pastels in small horizontal stripes or textured pattern can give the illusion of more space.

What color do you like? Go with that. If you want it to feel more spacious, add mirrors.
