I'm 11 years old, turning 12 soon. I'm trying to get ideas for a sleepover party. I don't really have a theme, just a traditional party. Any ideas?

Hello,

It's been a long time since I had a sleepover party (I'm now 29), but I'll try to help.

Maybe you can have a marathon of a favorite TV show on DVD. Perhaps you can get your parents to order a pizza, and you and your friends can chill out watching the show.

Maybe you can also have a book-reading to go along with the sleepover. You and your friends may have Harry Potter or another fictional book series and you all can share your feelings about what you have been reading.

This would not be as fun, but maybe you can help each other with any homework brought along. The idea of a sleepover is to have fun, though.

Maybe you can also do an early Christmas and/or winter holiday theme and talk about your wishes for that holiday.

I hope that helps. :)

aww I miss having sleepovers can I come ?? lol j/k. You girls could give eachother makeovers like do makeup, and nails and hair. You need lots of sugary stuff like candy and soda. Sleepovers are a time for gossiping so you can have yearbooks around and talk about people in your grade (like all the cute boys).
Have fun!
