You could sell me one! At cost! HAHA! Actually, I've been watching eBay.... yesterday the going price was like 120 on the average, today it kind of dropped down a little bit, one news article said that the average price was 71 on ebay for these. What I'm hoping is that the frenzy really picks up closer to Xmas.
I remember when the Tickle Me Elmo came out in 96 - 3 weeks before Xmas, I counted 27 classified ads in the local newspaper (on a weekday). The least one was selling for back then was $750.....
I'm wondering if this will happen again for this one.
I say hold on to it in case a repeat of 1996 happens. If it doesn't and you get stuck with too many after the holidays, you could do what I plan to do with my extras. Give it to someone who could use a giggle in their lives. I'm only getting three - I was one of the unfortunates who waited until the 19th to order it - mine won't be coming until mid-November (so they say.....)

the concern is that the hot Elmo TMX is plenty greater complicated than different toys to make. Now that they have got run out they are in a position to't get adequate created to fulfill the call for by using Christmas. it would additionally be a consequence of a shortage in some area required to construct the Elmo TMX. i think of the suitable suggestion i could grant all of us is merely to purchase the doll on eBay and positioned your feet up understanding you scored some thing uncommon (For now) on your youngster.

I would give a couple away to some really good kids whose parents would not be able to afford such a toy, and then I would sell the others on ebay. Or you could keep one and let it collect value as a collectors item.
They are kind of cute.
