I don't look like a swede or a german or an irish at all. Why?
Why do I stick out amongst them so much?

because most southern Europeans have darker features and northern Europeans have the fair skin, blue eyes and blonde hair. you are Caucasian anyway. white is a color not a race or ethnicity. quit worrying.
