Which is better? That's a tricky one, because you have to compare the relative nutritional values of chocolate versus whatever fake strawberry stuff you're dumping in the milk.
Which do I prefer? Chocolate, definitely. If I want strawberry and dairy products, I have much tastier options than ersatz-strawberry milk.

I say chocolate milk but my 6 yr old says strawberry milk

Either for me. Depends on if I want chocolate, then chocolate is best, and; if I want strawberry, then strawberry is best. Whatever I want is always the best, and that should be the same for you too. We are all as perfect in our own minds as we want to be.
