I am looking for financial assistant for our community park/powwow grounds.?

We have a community park without bathroom facilities. We need help in building them, digging well and septic tank.

You used the word POW WOW. Isn't it an Indian Festivities? If so, would you not think that the Indian Community has some reserves for the projects like yours? Anyway, if you send me your response maybe I can try to assist in the best I can.
