Different monitors display different refresh rates (the number of times the image on screen is drawn). Below about 72hz it's common for people to get headaches due to all the flickering, and 60 or below you can actually see the screen flickering quite a lot if u step back from it, so it's best to get a high refresh mode set up on the screen you use. You need to look in your manual to see which modes it supports.

Well my friend. If you are using a pc monitor, check the frequency of the monitor. Other thing you have to check is the brightness, and one more important thing.... check if there is some brightness or light reflecting in your monitor, that is really bad. You are not supposed to have a light behind your monitor, neither reflecting in your monitor.

yes , you can feel that dizzenezz feeling, try to adjust your monitor setting by its frequency maybe you had it set in 72, or higher freq.,try to use the normal 50/60 hz setting
