In a relaxed situation: Lean back, let arms fall to side &/or touch other person, legs are slightly apart uncrossed or one foot on top of opposite leg's knee, body is still or very little movement

Tense situation: sit/stand straight up, arms crossed or hands are 'fiddling' with each other/something, legs tightly crossed at top (legs crossed at ankles could be either relaxed or tense), eyes are either very fixed or moving araound at a somewhat rapid pace, glancing around the environment, nails digging into something, hands grasping onto something

I hope these help, there are some more too but I just can't think of them right now......Good luck though....

Nonverbal communication (NVC) is usually understood as the process of sending and receiving wordless messages. Such messages can be communicated through gesture; body language or posture; facial expression and eye gaze; object communication such as clothing, hairstyles or even architecture; symbols and infographics; prosodic features of speech such as intonation and stress and other paralinguistic features of speech such as voice quality, emotion and speaking style.

Crossing your arms in front of you while listening. Wringing your hands. Tapping of ones foot. A set jaw.
