It depends on location. Nudity and the law generally apply to indecent exposure which usually applies more or less to lewd and lascivious behavior. Simply being nude is not against the law in some locations. However if you skiing nude at a ski resort, their policies probably state in some way, directly or indirectly that such behavior is grounds for being tossed out of the resort without a refund and probably a non-refundable revocation of your season pass if you have one. If you stick to backcountry or minimal use areas, unlikely to have an encounter with any authorities who care.

Yes ... but once a year in Colorado they would have nude ski day ... it was the funniest thing I've ever seen in my life ... *still rolling on the floor just thinking about it* ... a bunch of white people ( ok they're more of a bright pink color when it's 32 degrees out & naked .. lol .. ) floping around the snow, boobs hanging and d*cks swinging ... very very funny let me tell you .. !

I think it depends on location.
If you mean snow skiing.. I would not do it in the buff. That is some cold stuff right there.

depends on where you ski, I know it's legal to nude ski (skinny ski, kind of like skinny dipping) in Switzerland.
