well yes you can and I don't understand why you still with him even if he haven't divorce his estranged wife? and why are you with him first place and in 2 years you dhould be dumping that guy but now you have his baby 3 baby wow. so you need to go to the place where called child support and he will be paying you back and leave himperiod and I think he having sex with estranged wife and you that you might not be a aware of it.

well having kids without getting married was your 1 st mistake...you should have given him a ultimatum 7 years ago. Why in the world would be divorce his wife, which will cost, money, when he has a "live in- wife" already (similiar to a wife minus a ring)...
I think its a lil to late to try to change 6 year worth of damage but good luck.

I never would have moved in together until the divorce process was started! I think he feels why should I have to go through the BS of divorce when I am comfortable the way it is.

I would leave my live-in b/f after 2 years... This is about as long as I would possibly wait for him to marry me. If you've waited THIS long, might as well stay; you couldn't have possibly believed this whole time that he wanted to marry you.

why won't he divorce her? that's disrespectful...what if the two of you want to get married one day? and what's he gonna tell the kids when they ask why mommie and daddy aren't married? i dont know...it's really up to you whether or not you want to be with him but i think it's kinda whack
