It is a 1956, as mentioned.
From a quick view at eBay completed listings, they go for about $50 - $70, New in box.
eBay is a great way to find the going price on an item - just go to the ebay main site http://www.ebay.com/ type in your search (in this case, I just used "Dale Earnhardt K-2" and the current auctions show up.
On the left-hand side of the page, about 1/2 way down, you'll see a box under "Show Only" marked 'completed listings' check this, and then click 'show items'.
This will give you completed prices from the last 2 weeks.

I think it should be a 1956 FORD.You can look up this car in a BECKETTS Price Guide.
