Tylenol is the only medicine you can take while prgenant, so you are pretty safe taking that, extra strength tho. i am not sure, maybe just take regular until you find out from a test, then if positive, find out from a doctor. but for now, yes u are safe taking regular tylenol

Tylenol is okay, but DO NOT take prescription migraine medicine like Imitrex! My doctor warned against it when I was pregnant. By the way, I had bad headaches at the beginning of both pregnancies. Your doctor might have something stronger than tylenol that is safe if it is a recurring problem.

Call an OBGYN's office to ask for sure, but most OBs will tell you tylenol is okay. If the tylenol doesn't take the pain away, and the migraines keep coming back (I had them really bad in my first and second trimester) you can talk to your OB. There might be a stronger medication made with tylenol that would be safe for you, I have a prescription for one. Hope you feel better.

No, Taking Tylenol is OK during pregnancy.
If there is a possibility your pregnant, why not go and get a home pregnancy test to find out
I know I would want to make sure right away. I always hated waiting to find out for sure. Even though I felt like I was pregnant.
Congratulations if you are, and good luck next time if your not.

I dont think Tylenol, regular strength, can hurt your baby.
I would call your OB/GYN and get an appointment to confirm the pregnancy, DONT take any other meds other than REGULAR strength tylenol.
Try taking a very warm bath, drink some milk (no caffeine, especially if you are pregnant), take a walk, drink some herbal tea....to allevaite the headache without pills.

When i found out i was preg i had reallllllly bad migraines. I didnt know i was preg. so i took advil tylenol.....pretty mch everything since it hurt so bad. But i think you should talk to your doctor before taking any medication. Cuz after 4 weeks i had a miscarriage. not sure if that caused it but it wasnt good. So ask your doc first before taking anything. and good luck with those migraines

Go ahead and take it. If its only 2-4 weeks, the cells may not have even implanted yet
