What every business (and government) should already know. Creative accounting will only hold the roof up so long and then it crashes.
If you wouldn't want it scrutinized and reported, don't do it.

Don't try to hide or invade your earning income. Pay your tax as any good citizen would do. Nothing can be hidden under the sun. Honest is the best way to live.

enron has become case study for many companies - comapny ethics has become important

Be skeptical of investing in large, national and multinational corporations. That white collar crime can ruin lives just as brutally as other crimes. Basically, crime does not pay and selfishness can destroy innocent lives.

pay your taxes! all of them! don't try to get out of it either, if all the businesses paid their taxes, this country wouldn't be in debt!
