I weigh 96 pounds im 16 and 5'6 is that bad????? please answer this

I think that is too far underweight to be fair. I think you should really weigh about 120 or more, but go and see your doctor, they should be able to help. If your eating right then maybe you need some food supplements, my son had to take them. Also, is there any chance you're diabetic? Are you thirsty all the time, urinating frequently and feeling tired? If yes, get to the doctors now. Good luck X

That would make your Body Mass Index(BMI) a 16, that is underweight. A healthy BMI range is 19-24 or 20-25 depending on who you speak to. It may be that if you have gained a lot of height suddenly that your body weight hasn't caught up. If you haven't though, this is a sudden weight loss and/or you are not suffering an eating disorder, you need to see your physician soon. You could have a number of conditions that would cause this. If your doctor says you just have a naturally slim build, you could always tone to add some muscle bulk and eat a balanced diet to maintain YOUR body's healthy weight. You are just tall for your age. You're probably going through a growth spurt. You still have a few more years of growing to do before you stop. It's not a bad thing, but if in the few more years if you notice any types of abnormalities in sweating, any type of excessive skin growth..then get your thyroid checked out by a doctor. You should be fine, just exercise, eat right, get plenty of sleep. Take care of yourself is all.

I don't think it's abnormal but you might wanna try eating just a few big meals a day

Some people have fast metabolisms. As long as you are eating right and you are active I wouldn't worry about it

sounds pretty skinny to me.

as long as you're happy with your body, and your weight is not a hazard to your health, you're fine.

just live and be happy.
