How much of the world's population lives with humidity?

How can we get acclaimated to it? Do we get used to it over time?

We all live with humidity. However, to get acclimated to high humidity just takes time.

The only dry air in the world is in very cold regions that are almost always freezing. The water vapor in the air freezes and falls leaving an extremely dry environment.

Deserts have more humidity than the artics.
